David Bragg has earned the reputation of one of most trusted, dedicated Hilton Head Island real estate agents since joining the profession in 1991. He began his real estate career with Indigo Run Real Estate Company where he was consistently #1 in listings and sales volume from 1993 to 2003. In mid-2003, he made the decision to elevate his business and his ability to meet his client’s needs by joining the Island’s top real estate company, Charter 1 Realty & Marketing. At that time, he formed the David Bragg Team with Lisa Bragg, and rounded out the team by adding Simon Cooke as a Realtor Sales Executive in April of 2005.

Putting his work ethic, crisis management ability and public relations skills to work in the real estate industry has helped him grow The David Bragg Team into one of the most respected and successful real estate teams in the Hilton Head Island Area. He attributes his team’s success to total dedication and unsurpassed client satisfaction – in fact, over 85% of our business is repeat customer business and client referrals.

Prior to entering real estate, David led a successful career in restaurant business from 1976 to 1985 with The Chart House - opening 13 restaurants up and down the east & west coasts. During those years, he was the youngest General & District Manager in the entire company.

David is an active member of The Golf Club at Indigo Run and serves on the membership committee there. He is also a member of the Hilton Head Board of Realtors, life member of Hilton Head Island Million Dollar Club Platinum Level and life member of Hilton Head Island Distinguished Sales Award. He also serves on the membership and marketing/public relations committees for the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors.

In her 16-year real estate career, Lisa Bragg has applied her real estate knowledge, marketing expertise and design and construction know-how to create successful transactions for her customers. After a decade selling real estate Northern Maryland, in 2001, Lisa moved to Hilton Head Island and joined Indigo Run Real Estate Company. In 2003, she saw the opportunity to expand her ability to serve her customers moving to Charter 1 Realty & Marketing with David Bragg, forming The David Bragg Team.

Lisa is extremely knowledgeable about the island and is always ready to work hard for our clients. Clients praise her for her vision through the buying and selling process and her attention to detail to make sure all aspects of the transaction are handled efficiently and accurately.

She is a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Club, has earned the designation of Accredited Buyers Representative, serves on the Grievance Committee for Hilton Head Island Area of Realtors and has held a certification in Real Estate Appraising.

Simon Cooke joined The David Bragg Team in April 2005 after an 8-year career in professional golf. Simon’s experience as a touring golf professional, his awareness of and fondness for the market, and his innate ability to understand a client’s needs and find the right solution have enabled him make an instant impact on both The David Bragg Team and our customers.

Originally from London, England, Simon Cooke moved with his family to Richmond, Virginia at 16. He went on to earn a degree from the University of Virginia, achieving three-time All-American status and ACC Player of the Year with the golf team. During much of his time as a professional golfer, he used Hilton Head Island as his home base and was impressed with both the community and the opportunities that surrounded him as he began the next phase of his life.
